Engr. Nwoga Chidiebere Kingsley - CEO

Nwoga Kingsley Chidiebere is the Chief Executive Officer of X-Mode Contractors Limited, a company he has successfully guided in delivering innovative solutions across logistics, engineering, energy, and security services since its establishment in 2011.

He began his professional career with Solar Force Nigeria Limited, where he served as a Field Engineer and later as a Design Engineer, gaining valuable hands-on experience in renewable energy and system deployment.

Following this, Kingsley joined Huawei Technologies, where he rose through multiple key positions including Field Support Engineer, OPEX Engineer, and ultimately Regional Diesel Manager for the South-West region. In this role, he managed and coordinated diesel procurement and logistics operations for critical telecommunication infrastructure, further solidifying his expertise in large-scale energy management and operational efficiency.

Through his leadership, technical expertise, and strong industry experience, Kingsley has positioned X-Mode Contractors Limited as a trusted partner delivering end-to-end solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations in Nigeria and beyond.

Chinedu Ezeh - Safety Advisor

Chinedu Ezeh serves as the Safety Advisor at X-Mode Contractors Limited, bringing with him many years of experience in logistics and safety management. His deep expertise in developing and implementing safety protocols has been instrumental in ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operations across all our service areas.
